This model has now been refined as the Les Paul Modern Studio. It incorporates enhanced features and improvements, many taken directly from the LP Modern, including a bound ebony fretboard with a compound radius for improved action and playability, black nickel hardware, a Modern Contoured Heel for exceptional upper-fret access,and in addition to coil tapping, additional switching for control over phase and pure bypass. A soft shell case is included with this no-nonsense, high-performance tone machine.
