Paul’s Guitar was designed around Paul Reed Smith’s personal vision of the ideal guitar, combining carefully selected appointments with the versatility and musicality needed for both live performance and studio work.
At the core of this instrument are PRS TCI (Tuned Capacitance and Inductance) bass and treble pickups, delivering warm, full-bodied humbucker tones with excellent clarity and definition. Two mini-toggle EQ switches allow players to access more articulate, single-coil-style sounds, offering an impressive range of tonal options. A traditional stoptail bridge with brass inserts and Phase III non-locking tuners with wing buttons round out the design, providing excellent resonance, sustain, and tuning stability.
This Limited Edition takes the familiar Paul’s Guitar platform to another level with a beautifully figured mango top and a distinctive ziricote fretboard. These premium tonewoods give the guitar a striking visual character while preserving the feel, balance, and tonal qualities that have made Paul’s Guitar a favorite among discerning players.
With only 200 Paul’s Guitar Mango Limited Edition instruments being produced worldwide in 2026, this is a particularly special offering for players and collectors alike.
From warm, articulate rhythm tones to expressive lead sounds and nuanced dynamic response, Paul’s Guitar delivers exceptional versatility, refined craftsmanship, and the unmistakable character of a PRS instrument.
